Airia completed her tertiary education in Montreal, Canada in 2011 and started her career as a private practice physiotherapist there for 18 months before moving back home to New Zealand. She has now been practicing as a physiotherapist for over 7 years, passionate in the area of private practice musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as working with adolescents and adult athletes for return to sport (competitive or recreational) following sports injuries.

In her spare time, Airia loves to go on tramps and hikes, as well as photography. Her absolute passion is playing and cuddling her wee baby, which is by far her favourite hobby.
